User Rights

What are user rights?

Under "Overview" - "User Rights", you can see your own rights as well as the rights of all other users who have access rights to the same accounts/safekeeping accounts.

Only the access rights of other users who are included in the same contract group as the logged-in user are shown.

In addition, it is possible for a user with joint order placing rights to check which users in the same contract group also have joint order placing rights either directly when entering a payment or after sending a payment to the bank (see "User Rights" link after "Send").

The logged-in user is no longer shown in this view.

If a payment already entered is changed or approved, the users in the same contract group who also have joint order placing rights are shown as well (see "User Rights" link after "Send"). The logged-in user is no longer shown in this view.

What do user rights cost?

User rights are free of charge.

How can users be changed/canceled?

Changes/additions can be requested by account holders who are authorized signatories. Then please contact your client advisor.
