BESR easy is a form used for billing in CHF within Switzerland and for monitoring outstanding receivables.
BESR easy is free to use and is the ideal alternative to a red payment slip, which will incur a cost of CHF 0.20 per slip from January 1, 2009.

BESR easy is particularly suitable for private clients, associations and SMEs with fewer than 100 incoming payments per month.
How It Works
The BESR easy form comprises a duplicate slip and a billing section. While the billing section that includes the payment slip goes to the bill payer, the duplicate slip containing the details of the bill stays with the biller. Once payment is received, the recipient of the payment is advised of both the bill number and the amount. It is easy to identify the payment and/or the bill payer using the bill number and the duplicate slip.
