Disclosure of Asset Management Ranges for "Institutional Clients"
In accordance with the Portfolio Management Guidelines (PDF) of the Swiss Bankers Association (SBA), clients must be notified of the ranges of benefits that the bank receives or may receive from third parties.
The following ranges apply exclusively to institutional asset management clients with an individual asset management agreement and Integrated Asset Management (INAM)clients and may differ from the ranges published due to specific requirements such as general restrictions and/or the overweighting or underweighting of individual asset classes and/or investment instruments by the client under an individual client mandate.
All other client segments, e.g. private clients with a discretionary mandate are expressly referred to the corresponding disclosures on remunerations that apply to these client segments, in particular the "Remunerations" form.
Credit Suisse AG is entitled to unilaterally amend these disclosures of the ranges at any time without actively notifying the client.
