Requirements engineer

As a requirements engineer, you will collate, analyze, structure, document, and manage requirements and client expectations for existing and new IT applications. Working closely with specialists from the business areas and IT, you will draw up detailed specifications. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of the requirement engineering process standards. For this role, you will need a sound knowledge of IT, along with an interest in and understanding of business processes.

Request manager

As a request manager, you will collate, examine, and prioritize client requirements for the development of new IT solutions or the modification of existing solutions. You will carry out preliminary needs analysis, obtain expert input for further project assessments, and pass on project requests for decision-making. Where appropriate, you will consult with your colleagues from Requirements Engineering. For this role, you will need a sound knowledge of IT, an interest in and understanding of business processes, and the ability to manage a project portfolio.

IT account manager

As an IT account manager, you will be the interface for business partners, project management, application development, quality assurance, support, and supplier management. You will ensure that IT services are precisely tailored to requirements. You will be responsible for the project portfolio, and for striking the right balance between client concerns and IT requirements. As the key contact for partners from the business and IT, you will possess strong IT skills, and a feel for the issues that matter to clients and users.

Business architect

As a business architect, you will identify and assess development requirements and opportunities to grow the business, in line with the business strategy. You will formulate business cases and define the business architecture. With your expert knowledge of the banking industry and IT, you will understand and manage the effects of changes on the business model, processes, and tools. You will represent Credit Suisse and play an active role in international committees and market initiatives.
