Careers In General Counsel
Who We Are
The General Counsel Division provides legal and compliance support to all business divisions and Shared Services functions across the Bank. Its goal is to advise, counsel and guide Credit Suisse's employees so as to enable them to pursue their business objectives without creating undue or unacceptable legal, regulatory or reputational risk for the Bank. In addition to its advisory role, General Counsel develops and issues policies, conducts compliance training and performs monitoring and surveillance activities.
