Important Note for New Zealand Investors

To invest in a fund a New Zealand investor must:
1. Refer to the section in the Product Disclosure Statement "Important information for New Zealand investors"
2. Read the "Application form instructions"
3. Complete the Application form
4. Ensure the relevant Identification Form is also completed
5. Ensure the application monies are in Australian dollars. If sending a cheque please provide a bank cheque in Australian dollars
