Flavio De Tomasi
Flavio De Tomasi is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse in the Asset Management division, based in Zurich. He is Chief Operating Officer of the Real Estate group.
Mr. De Tomasi joined Credit Suisse in December 1988 and since that time, has held a variety of roles at the Bank. Prior to his current role, Mr. De Tomasi was Chief Operating Officer from 1998 to 2000 and Chief Financial Officer from 1996 to 1998 of Credit Suisse Asset Management in Switzerland. Previously, Mr. De Tomasi spent five years in Japan, where he held several management positions in the capital markets, structured finance and risk areas of Credit Suisse. In addition, he was also Chairman of the Risk Committee and Member of the Executive Committee of Credit Suisse, Japan. Mr. De Tomasi served as a member on the Managing Director Evaluation Committee (MDEC) during 2008.
Mr. De Tomasi holds an M.B.A. from the University of Saint Gall in Switzerland. He also has attended the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD and the Corporate Finance & Capital Markets Program at CS International Bankers School, New York.
