Bernard Yancovich
Bernard Yancovich is a Managing Director in the Customized Fund Investment Group, which he joined in 2000. He is involved in relationship management, deal sourcing and conducting due diligence on both fund and direct private equity investments. Bernard is responsible for the Customized Fund Investment Group's special situations fund investment activities, which target distressed debt and mezzanine funds globally. Previously, he was an Investment Banking Associate at DLJ and CS where he worked on a variety of M&A advisory, equity and debt financing and restructuring assignments in industries such as media, telecom, technology, healthcare, and general industrials. Prior to joining DLJ, Bernard performed transaction advisory services for KPMG in France. Bernard is a graduate of McGill University (B.Comm) and of the University of Western Ontario's Richard Ivey School of Business M.B.A. and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993.
